Ortho's Birthday Campaign is a campaign that was held to commemorate Ortho Shroud's birthday in the game. His limited SSR Birthday Gear card and SSR Union Gear card could be summoned through his birthday summons.

Idia's Room (Day) Background Sale
Idia's Room (Day) background was available in the Backgrounds Shop during the first campaign period. It could be purchased with (R) Perfumes. Those who had bought Idia Shroud's room background during his birthday campaign do not need to buy it again.
- This marks the first time a birthday campaign didn't feature the birthday boy's room as a background.
- This is likely because Ortho was enrolled in Night Raven College together with Idia as one student, like Grim and MC/Yuu.
- It is also the first time a birthday boy's room was made available for players to purchase again.
- After the release of Episode 6, Idia's Room Backgrounds are no longer sold during Ortho's Birthday Campaign, likely due to Ortho's enrollment as the student at the end of Episode 6.

- Starting from the second run of the birthday campaign, Ortho's Room (Day) background is available in the Backgrounds Shop during the campaign period. It can be purchased with (R) Perfumes.
- Starting from the second run of the birthday campaign, Ortho's Room (Night) background is available in the Backgrounds Shop during the campaign period. It can be purchased with (R) Perfumes.
