Personality
Chenya is first introduced as a rather cheerful and mischievous character, who likes to pull pranks for the sake of seeing people's frightened faces. (Ex. making only his head visible to terrify Deuce and Ace while looking like a floating head). Chenya seems to be rather carefree as he does not appear to mind that there are NRC students who hold a grudge towards Royal Sword Academy and its students, occasionally visiting Heartsabyul to see Trey and Riddle despite being a student of Royal Sword Academy.
Background
Chenya and Trey have known each other since they were young. One day, as they were playing near Riddle's house, they spotted him and asked him to play croquet with them even though he was in the middle of self-studying. The three became friends, and Riddle would use his self-studying hour to sneak out and play with them. However, when Riddle's mother found out, she forbade him from playing with them again.[3] Years later, Chenya would attend Royal Sword Academy.
Unique Magic
Chenya's unique magic can make parts of his body disappear and reappear at will.
In the manga, Chenya's unique magic can also make him float midair.[4]

Neige is a cute young man with short black hair. He wears a black sailor hat with red lining and bow patterns on top of it. In red text, the quote "Someday My Princess Will Come" is sewn into it.
He wears a Royal Sword Academy's coat uniform. Underneath the coat is a sweater with the top part mostly in blue and the lower part in yellow. Patterns of squirrels and flowers in white and apple seeds in red can be seen on the sweater.
Underneath the sweater itself is a shirt in a white-blue check patterns, and on the collar of said shirt there's a red bowtie.
Both collars of the RSA coat are decorated, the left collar has what seems to be Neige's magic gem (brooch in this case) while the right collar has two pins, each depicting two small birds.

Although not much is known about him, it is said that, alongside his cute looks, he is also famous for his naive nature. True to his persona on stage, he also has a bright and friendly personality, and he is often chosen in movies to be the main character. Neige may also be oblivious to the things around him, as despite the strong hatred Vil has toward him, Neige still admires him and sees him as a friend.

The name 'Neige LeBlanche' itself translates to Snow White in English. Both words were taken from French language, 'neige' meaning 'snow.' while 'blanche' means 'white' in French.
As stated by Vil's Mira Mira, Neige's MagiCam account so far has the most followers, and the word 'pretty' is mentioned more in posts about Neige than Vil.

The mother of Riddle Rosehearts. She is a well-known magician. She was strict and hard on Riddle ever since he was young and would control everything he did, wanting him work harder.
Ace's Brother
The older brother of Ace Trappola. He is older than Ace by seven years and is an alumni of Night Raven College,[1] where he was a dorm member of Heartslabyul.[2] He seems to enjoy teasing Ace, as seen when, on Ace's birthday, he pretended to give Ace a fancy watch—only to switch it up and give him an empty box as a present instead.[3] Despite the teasing, they both appear to have a good relationship. Ace learned how to do card tricks from him, and they always have 'trick competitions' with each other whenever they're both at home.[4] They also call each other while Ace is away at school, sometimes talking late into the night.[5] According to Cater and Trey, Ace's brother got the job at a theme park.[6]
Cater's Sisters
The two older sisters of Cater Diamond. Not much information is known about the two sisters, but they played a heavy influence on Cater's extensive knowledge on trends and fashion. What is known about the sisters is that they had an overbearing presence on Cater, to point where he hates the mere thought of things that were forced onto him at adolescence by his older relatives.

Cheka is the son of Sunset Savanna's ruler, Falena Kingscholar, and is Leona Kingscholar's nephew. As the Sunset Savanna's crown prince, he is next in line to inherit the throne.

Cheka is a bright and bubbly child who greatly admires his uncle. He mails Leona letters on a presumably regular basis,[7] sends him presents on his birthday,[8] and is always excited to know whenever Leona is returning home from school.[9] However, this affection is seemingly to Leona's annoyance. Cheka's birth was the catalyst for Leona's enrollment in Night Raven College,[10] and Cheka's status as the next in line for the throne has caused Leona no small amount of emotional turmoil.[11] Cheka is seemingly oblivious to Leona's feelings and always acts very affectionate towards his uncle.

Leona describes him as laid-back—enough so that it causes Leona to worry about their country's future.[13] Falena has also been described as carefree, bright, and cheerful.[14] Falena recognizes Leona's intelligence and seems concerned about his younger brother's well-being, as seen in Episode 2's flashback. This concern for his younger brother is further corroborated by Leona's comment of Falena being 'noisy' while 'always wanting to take care of [him.]'[15]
