Wish Upon a Star is a rhythmic event in Twisted Wonderland that features Trey Clover, Idia Shroud, Ortho Shroud, and Deuce Spade. It introduces in-universe story of "Wish Upon A Star", which is based off the story of Pinocchio, and the yearly tradition of "Star Sending".
The story of "Wish Upon A Star" goes: An old toymaker once poured his soul into a doll he made and when he wished for it to become a real child the wish was granted and the doll came to life. Star Sending is held in conjunction with the story of "Wish Upon A Star". It involves making a wish with an item called a Wishing Star. After the wish is made, the Star will glow. In Night Raven College, three students are selected every year to take up the role of "Star Gazer", who collect these glowing Wishing Stars to decorate the Big Tree on campus.
Ace and Deuce explained the event to Grim and Yuu who were unfamiliar with it while all the students were gathered in the Lecture Hall for the selection of the Star Gazers. It all sounded fine on paper until they noticed that no one wanted to be the Star Gazers because in hindsight, having three people collect Wishing Stars in a school that takes in about 200 students per year was a pretty tremendous task in reality. Crowley proceeds to select Trey, Idia, and Deuce as Star Gazers based on their birthdates.
As it turns out, the Star Gazer's job does not end with collecting Wishing Stars. They also have to dance and play the taiko drum on the day of Star Sending. Idia, who was assigned as the taiko drummer, was very reluctant to perform in person for the Star Sending and bargains multiple times with Deuce, Trey and Crowley to let him play the drum sounds over his tablet. Deuce, however, was determined to make the Star Sending a success and wants Idia to perform in person. How will the Star Gazers manage their differences?
The event story consists of 13 episodes, along with 18 more Wish stories that show the Star Gazers collecting the Wishing Stars from the rest of the Twisted Wonderland cast. The Wish stories do not have a fixed sequence for reading them.

How to Play
- Do classes to get Stardust.
- Unlock Wish Stories by doing Lessons (History or Flying) with Deuce, Trey, Idia, or Ortho as the main student.
- Read Wish Stories to collect Wishing Stars and unlock the event story
- Use Stardust to play Rhythmics to get Horoscopes. Horoscopes are also used to unlock event stories and can also be obtained from completing missions.
- You can earn three times or five times the amount of rewards depending on how much Stardust you spend.
- The amount of Stardust you spend has no effect on your Rhythmic score.
- Trade Horoscopes for items in the Horoscope Shop

Idia and Trey can be used in battles and lessons during the event period, but their Personal Stories are only available after they become your cards permanently.
In order to raise their magic levels, Necklaces from the Rhythmics as well as complete event missions are needed. They can only be Groovied with Starsending Robes, which can be traded for in the "Horoscope Shop". You cannot use books or candies on these cards.
